We offer all the traditional bridal and pre-wedding services necessary to make your biggest day perfect. Body and Sol's bridal events are specifically designed to meet these specific needs. The spa is set up to accommodate parties from 2 to your largest bridal party. The spa can be closed to ensure privacy for larger parties. The hair and makeup areas are in private rooms, while the nail area is set up on comfortable sofas under our beach tent which allows for a casual and comfortable setting to spend your pre-wedding time. Our staff is professionally trained in hair, makeup, nails and massage. Body and Sol also offers and event coordinator while in the spa free of charge with many bridal packages.

Anna Maria Island's only full service day spa, Body and Sol Spa and Wellness has finally opened for business is the fourth quarter of 2007. After one year of renovations to the historic 2nd floor of the old IGA building, Danielle's Day Spa has been transformed into Body and Sol Spa and Wellness. Many local residents still don't know there is a second floor above Ginny and Jane E’s at the Old IGA. The space had been vacant many for years. My husband and I walked upstairs and saw over three thousand square feet of opportunity. I had the vision of creating a true spa with wellness on the island. When we moved to the island eight years ago while looking for the perfect spot to relocate from Boca Raton and raise a family, we sold our interest in the two largest volume hair salons in Florida. After getting to know the flavor of the island, and relocating Danielle's Day Spa on several occasions (due to the Real Estate boom), the time was right to create something as totally unique as the fantastic island we live on. I had the vision of a relaxing island spa and not some trendy "New York" type hair salon which does some of the normal spa services. My husband and I designed the spa to have a relaxing, warm intimate feeling which was quite the opposite of our trendy high energy salons.
